Hello there, I am Lindsay S Godfree from Colorado Springs, a freelance travel writer and photographer. I have been driving America's highways and byways for five years. My friend years ago said that I "do things that others only dream about."  My goal is to inspire others to dream, to travel, and to get out in nature.

I have been fortunate to have many varied chapters in my life. I worked as a lay midwife in the homebirth movement in Utah and called "the herb woman" by my friends in my 20's. Worked as a financial advisor for American Express Financial Advisors in my 30's. Worked the summer in Alaska, and decided to become a photographer and travel writer. My writing is from a perspective of varied life experience and photography is now my passion in life.
